Welcome to Serenity CBT.
Serenity is a private psychological therapy service located in Watford, Hertfordshire, but also offering sessions over phone and video call for people based all over London.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that explores how our thoughts, feelings and behaviours have an effect on our mental health.
Scientific evidence shows CBT is highly effective in treating a range of problems including anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, low self-confidence, panic, phobias and more.
I am a qualified doctor and cognitive behavioural therapist. I use a collaborative approach, empowering clients to make meaningful changes in order to manage distress in more helpful ways.
Therapy sessions take place in Watford, close to Watford Junction and Watford Metropolitan Line stations and remotely via phone or video calls.
